Hello to all,

Well this past Friday night did it… three members at Bike Night. So as your President I’m cancelling Friday Night Bike Nights at the County Line since nobody wants to come out. So there are no more bike nights at the County Line effective now.

We will have a Meet and Greet on Sunday afternoons at the American Legion Post 81 Bunker from 2 pm till 5pm. They or we will have some kind of food and they usually have music and the drinks are at their prices, so come on out and enjoy with Friends and Riders.

Saturday the 18th: “T” & Don will have an over night ride to Oldtown Kissimmee. Call them to find out where they are going to meet. 501-5075 or 557-5733 or 255-6911. I do believe I’ll sit this one out.

Saturday the 18th: The Central Florida Buffalo Soldiers Presents the 3rd Annual Day for Big Poppa at Vibez Lounge at 644 W. King St. Hwy 520 Cocoa, FL. Pull first card at 11am. Cost $10:00 per hand, winning hand announced at 5pm. Money goes to Big Poppa’s family to take care of him and their bills, He is still with us but is disabled from a hospital mess up.

Saturday the 18th: Valkaria Air show, it will be an all day event from 8 am to 8 pm. Our Safety Booth will be set up there. Please show your support and come out and help them to pass the word about Motorcycle Safety and give them a break from time to time. Also watch the planes do their tricks. Cost is $10:00 a person.

Saturday the 18th: It’s National Potato Day at the AFMC Clubhouse, 1633 Sue Drive, Cocoa, FL. Baked potatoes and lots of toppings. Feel free to bring a any kind of dish or toppings for potatoes. No charge for the food February 18, 2012 Starts at 3pm, everyone welcome. Come on out and have some fun and celebrate National Potato Day with us. Call Tim at 321 604-6708 for info.

Sunday the 19th: Tempest Motorcycle shop will be having a swap meet and our Safety Booth will be set up there also. Its at 4620 Babcock St. N.E. Palm Bay. Come on out and give James a hand or break and see if you need any parts yourself. Runs 9 am to 4 pm.

Sunday the 19th: The Molly Mutt run,Starts at 10 am at the Central Brevard Humane Society Shelter at 1020 Cox Rd, Cocoa. Call 321-636-3343. Cost $7:oo per hand, Money is for the Animals.

Tuesday the 21st: Our Chapter Board Meeting for all our Officers and trustees, 7 pm and the following Tuesday is our General Meeting.

Hello Bikers:

Well last weeks Bike Night was piss poor — 11 members showed up and 9 were Officers of the Chapter. I guess you just don’t like Bike Nights anymore.

Well how about a Bikers Day. The commander of American Legion Post 81 has given us Sunday afternoons at the Bunker at the Post. I’ve checked with the Director of the Riders and some of the other Legion Riders and they think this is great. So now we will have a Bikers Day with the Legion every Sunday starting this weekend at 1 pm for you all to enjoy. They will have food, music and drinks at Legion prices and we can do 50/50s and have Venders if they will show up. So lets see if we can get out and enjoy the time with them since you don’t seem to like Friday nights anymore. We will finish out this month at the County Line and then I guess it’s finished.

Feb 11-12-13th: This weekend a couple of us will not be around because we will be at the Freedom Ride in Tallahassee and the State meeting in Monticello FL. I hope more Riders will come and Ride on the Capital with us for a better show.

Feb 16th: American Legion Riders meeting at 7 pm at the Post. As Frank said, be there or be square.

Feb 18-19th: We at Abate will have an overnight Run to Old Town in Kissimmee FL. Join us for a fun fill weekend and mingle with friends and on the way back we will end at the Legion Bunker.

Good day to all.

We will have Bike Night at the County Line for another month to see how you come out and enjoy your Abate and Biker friends. No show from you and I will shut it down, your move now.

We will also have a Bikers Day each Sunday at the American Legion post 81 Bunker to see if that go’s any better. The Commander of the Post said we can do 50/50, have venders or whatever we like to do. Drinks are cheaper and they have a band most of the time. So lets see if that works out better.

We’re having an aluminum can drive to help cover the expenses of our Birthday Party in July. So save those soft drink and beer cans and help us host an outstanding party this year. We’ll even pick them up if you can’t bring them to a meeting or event. Just call 321-501-5175 and we’ll send someone to get them.

Friday the 3rd: Bike Night at the County Line with a Rock Band inside at 9 pm. We start at 6 pm outside.

Saturday the 4th: The B.I.N. will have there first Escorted Run. Sign up starts at 9:30 am at the Jameson Inn on Palm Bay Rd with kick stands up at 11:30 am. Then you ride to Wickham Park for a day of fun. They have lined up a bunch of Bands, Vender’s, Food, Drinks, and Games. So let’s get out and support the B.I.N. Cost $5:00 and a can or box of nonperishable food items.

Sunday the 5th: The Dog House will have their free Breakfast at 9 am till 11 am with a ride afterwards.

Sunday the 5th: The Bunker will be open at 1 pm for a Bikers Day, come on out and visit.

Sunday the 5th: AFMC is having a Super Bowl party at their clubhouse starting at 5 pm. 1633 Sue Drive, Cocoa. off clearlake across from Sallys bargan barn, next to maaco auto body.

Tuesday the 7th: Brevard Chapter will be having there Monhtly meeting in Cocoa at Post 22.

Friday the 10th: Bike Night at the County Line 6pm till 9pm.

Saturday the 11th: We ride to Monticello FL for the ABATE Florida State Meetings

Sunday the 12th: ABATE Florida State Meeting in Monticello at 2pm. If not going to the meeting there is always a ride some where to enjoy the area.

Sunday the 12th: It’s Biker Sunday at the BIN. Stop by at 9:30 for a Sunday morning church service.

Monday the 13th: Police Escorted Freedom ride on the State Capital with a ceremony at the Capital, then in to see our Congressman to discuss some the laws they are trying to pass and how we would like to have them to Vote on them. This is your time to voice your opinion, so let’s get’er done.

Hello to you all.

Well Bike Nights aren’t getting any better, so the Board has made some changes. Bike night will be held this week with a Heavy Metal Band inside at 9 pm and next week with a Rock Band at 9 pm. After that we will only have Bike Night on the 4th Friday of the Month. Come to Tuesday’s General Membership Meeting if you see differently, and if Bike Night dosn’t get any better after that I and the Board will cancel Bike Night all together. You voted on the night and time and locations and then we only get 12 or 18 people showing up, this is not a Bike Night.

Tonight: Bike Night at the County Line Saloon.

Saturday the 28th: The Saints MC will be having a Poker Run for Kids. Starts at H&D Roadhouse, 1811 E. Merritt Island Cswy, Merritt Island at 10 am and ends at their clubhouse in N. Cocoa. Let’s help them and the kids.

Tuesday the 31st: We will have our General Meeting at 7 pm at the American Legion Post 81 Hall. Be there or be Square.

Friday the 3rd: Our Bike Night at the County Line Saloon.

Saturday the 4th: The B.I.N. Run. A huge police escorted Run and Concert at Wickham Park. Registration begins at 9:30 am at the Jameson Inn in Palm Bay. Lots of Bands, Vendors, Food, Motorcycle Parts, Tattoos and lots more. Cost $5:00 and a non-perishable food item. This is a big day for the B.I.N.—Bikers in Need—Please help them and they will help you when you and your Family are down on your luck with some food or maybe a gift card for some. Bear and Ellen will be there, so help all you can and say Hi to them.

Sunday the 5th: Breakfast at the Dog House at 9 am. Its free so enjoy and visit them once in a while, they love seeing you.

Well Hello to you all again.

Well bike night had a small few Members show up last week, but not enough to warrant us to stay going every week at the County line. I’ll see how tonight goes and see what I recommend to the Board on Tuesday night. Wwe need a lot more than 14 bikes to show up and 7 of them Board Members. So if you check, I can’t even get all the Board Members out, and if they don’t show how do we get the other 490 Members to show up? This is your Bike night, where are you? Bike night is from 6 to 9 pm at the County Line Saloon, be there or lose it.

Saturday the 21st: AFMC will have a Chili Cook Off at their clubhouse at Sue Dr, in Cocoa. Starts at 3pm, bring your Chile to be judged, no cost to enter or to be there. Its all free.

Tuesday the 24th: Is our Board meeting for all our Board Members. Be there or be square.

Friday the 27th: Bike night at County Line Saloon.

Saturday the 28th: The Saints will hold a Poker Run, time 10 am, starts at H&D Roadhouse — where ever that maybe-can’t find it in the phone book. Have Fun.

Well Hello to you all. Hope you all had a very nice week, and here is hoping Bear is doing fine and is back to getting around a little. Now Bear I said a little, mind Ellen and also get your rest.

Friday as you all know is Bike Night at the County Line from 6 to 9 pm. But we are having a problem with you all coming out, so if I don’t see some improvement in the next couple of weeks I’ll be forced to start closing it down. You people voted to have it there and wanted it every Friday night and what happens? You don’t show up. It’s not fair for half of the Officers to show up and the owners to show up to open up for a hand full of people. So get your act together and be there or else we might have to shut it down all together. See you all there.

Sunday the 15th is the 2nd Biker Day held by Kim and Scott. This year it’s down at the Church at the Cross, at 50 S. Wimbrow Dr, Sebastian, FL. 32958. Call Kim for directions at 1-772-913-5549 or Scott at 1-772-913-5548. They will have Church Services at 10:30 and then from noon till 4 pm there is Live Music, Venders, 50/50 Raffles, Auction, & More. This event is to raise money for the B.I.N. to help Bear and Ellen to kept the place open and to have food for the needy Bikers that need it.

Saturday the 21st: Brevard Chapter is having their After Toy Run Party from 6:30 to 10:30 pm at The American Legion Post 22 in Cocoa under the water tank. This Party is for the Workers and Road Guards that worked the Toy Run only.

Saturday the 21st: The Church of the Nazarene will be having the Bon Fire on the Hill behind their Church from 4 to 9 pm. No Church Service just good People and Friends. Come out and enjoy.

Hello-Hello-Hello to you all for 2012. Here is hoping you all have a better year this year. And I want to thank the people that went on the run on 12/31/11 for ICE CREAM, we had a good time and a good ride. Thank you Don for planning the Ride.

Ellen called and told me to tell all that Bear is home and under her and hospice care. I went and saw him yesterday and he looks tired and weak. So he still needs time and some good home cooking to get back in better shape. So give him a little time to do that.

Friday the 6th: We will be at the County Line from 6 to 9 pm for our Bike night. Come out and join us at the fire pit and enjoy.

Saturday the 7th: GT Motorcycles, at 2840 Allen Hill Ave off US 1 in Pineda will be having their 1 year anniversary at 2 pm, so stop by and check them out.

Sunday the 8th: Pastor Kim will be having a continental Breakfast at the B.I.N. at 9:30 am and a Church service at 10 am. Come out and hear the words of the Lord, sure won’t kill ya, might just help us all.

Friday the 13th: our bike night goes on at the County Line from 6 to 9 pm.

Sunday the 15th: Pastor Kim will hold an event at the Church at the Cross, at 50 S. Wimbrow Dr, Sebastian, FL to raise money for the B.I.N.. This is called the 2nd Annual Bikers Day. There will be Church Services at 10:30 for anyone that wants to attend then all other activities from Noon till 4 pm. There will be Music, free food, Venders, 50/50, Raffle, Auctions and more. So let’s come out and help raise some money for the B.I.N. and have some fun.

Hello everyone, Here’s hoping you all have a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Just have a good time and get home safe. There are lots of parties out there so enjoy.

Bear has been in the hospital since Sunday night and can have visitors now. He needs all the rest he can get, so if you go visit him limit your time to a few minutes. He enjoys and wants to see all his friends but he needs his rest also.

Ellen said to tell all the BIN will be open Friday and Saturday night from 6 till closing, so enjoy.

Saturday the 31st: ABATE Independence Chapter Ride at 10 am. Don, our Road Captain, is hungry for ICE CREAM. We will ride to New Smyrna Beach and return. We will meet at his house at 317 Live Oak Ln, N. Melbourne, off Post Rd between US 1 and the R X R tracks. Come out and enjoy. We will be back by 5 pm.

New Years Eve party at American Legion Post 81. Prime Rib dinner for $25 per person or $50 per couple. Contact the post for start time.

Also New Year’s Eve party at the AFMC Clubhouse. Starts at 3 PM and lasts till ???. 1633 Sue Drive, Cocoa Florida

Jan 21st: The BIN’s First Annual Poker Run to raise money for the BIN Run. More details to come in the next couple weeks.

Feb 4th: The BIN Run. Police Escorted Run from the Jameson Inn to Wickham park Pavilion for the BIN. KSU at 11:30. this will be a big party with 6 Bands, Food, Venders, Full Bar, cost Will be non perishable food and $5.00. Come out and Help Stock up the BIN and help pay the Rent. Bear a Ellen will Thank You.
